I visited Nisboshi Tsukemen Miyamoto.
It serves very very very thick dried sardine soup ramen.
It’s called Niboshi ramen, and it’s one of the popular ramen flavor in Japan.
Once I have its soup, it’s so rich and thick.
I was really amazed its taste!!
Niboshi is not really famous to the world but this is really tasty!
Try it once!!
