札幌ラーメン人気店の一つ「信玄」監修のまぜそばが出ていたので、どのような味が気になる一つ購入です。
とてもまろやかな味噌に仕上がった、まぜそばだということなのでとても美味しそうです。
そして味噌味のまぜそばは結構珍しいなと思いました。
実際に食べてみると麺が太麺でモチモチとしていて食べごたえもありすごく良かったです。
誰についてはまろやかな味噌がとてもおいしく、味噌が強すぎるとしょっぱいソースという感じになりますが、このタレの場合はとてもまろやかで麺とも良く合い美味しかったです。
値段は200円ぐらいとお手頃価格で美味しい味噌味の珍しいまぜそばは食べたのでよかったです。

There was a mixed soba noodle supervised by “Shingen”, one of the popular Sapporo ramen shops, so I bought one that I was curious about what kind of taste it was.
It’s a mixed soba with a very mellow miso, so it looks very delicious.
And I thought that miso-flavored mixed soba was quite rare.
When I actually tried it, the noodles were thick and chewy, and it was very good to eat.
For everyone, the mellow miso is very delicious, and if the miso is too strong, it feels like a salty sauce, but in the case of this sauce, it was very mellow and went well with the noodles and was delicious.
I’m glad I ate the rare miso-flavored abura soba, which is reasonably priced at around 200 yen.
