今回は久しぶりに千葉のあの家系ラーメン店に伺ってきました。これまでに何度もうかがっているこちらでは、調理風景や開店前の様子を撮らせていただいたりと、店主の方の職人技をご覧頂いたこともありました。今回はビールを頂きながらラーメンをすすってきました。しっかり堪能しましたので、早速ご覧ください！
