岡山を代表するご当地ラーメン「笠岡ラーメン」の人気店へ！岡山県笠岡市『坂本』に伺いました。笠岡市ではもともと養鶏が盛んでそこから豚肉のチャーシューではなくかしわチャーシューと呼ばれる鶏肉を乗せ、主に鶏ガラを使ったラーメンが誕生しました。今回伺った坂本は以前新横浜ラーメン博物館にも出店していたことがある有名店で、今でも地元の人が足繁く通う人気のお店でもあります。気さくなご主人が作るあっさりとした味わいのラーメン。このチャンネルでよく取り上げる家系ラーメンとはまた違った魅力のあるラーメンです。ぜひご覧ください！
