今月もまた伺ってきました！魅力を放つ王道の家系ラーメンへ！神奈川県横浜市『家系総本山 吉村家』に伺いました。いまや全国に広がる「家系ラーメン」を初めて作り上げた吉村実氏が創始したお店です。先日は直系店の「はじめ家」と「杉田家」の店主に初めてインタビューさせていただき、その当時の様子を語る動画が非常に大きな反響を呼びました。その総本山「吉村家」にはこの時も長い列ができ、幅広い層のお客さんがその一杯を求めて並ぶ姿に、改めてその人気ぶりを感じました。いつ伺っても「ここにしかない味」がある、本物の家系の味を楽しみに伺いましたので早速ご覧ください！

I visited again this month! To the royal road iekei ramen that gives off charm! We visited “Yoshimuraya, the head of the iekei” in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture. This shop was founded by Mr. Minoru Yoshimura, who created the first “Iekei Ramen” that spreads all over the country. The other day, I interviewed the owners of the direct stores “Hajimeya” and “Sugitaya” for the first time, and the video that talked about the situation at that time was very popular. At the Yoshimuraya, the head temple, there was a long line at this time as well, and I felt its popularity once again when a wide range of customers lined up in search of the cup. I’m looking forward to the taste of the real family, which has a “taste that can only be found here” whenever I visit, so please have a look!
